Shipping & Returns
All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra by reputed courier
agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order.
7-14 business days for domestic delivery
14-21 business days for international delivery
(PS: international deliveries maybe subject to customers duties that the customer will have to pay to
receive the package. We only charge shipping fee and not customs)
Order deliveries will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery
please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.
HSF takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
HSF is not responsible for damage after delivery.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other
considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers
will know about this before making payments.
Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservative. To keeps
things safe for our customers, we do not accept returns for exchanges on opened merchandise.
Once a plastic packet is opened the product won’t be returned back.
HSF is not responsible for damage after delivery.
Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be
processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
